To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and not worn, with tags. You will also need your receipt.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective; Neptuneskate.com will pay for shipping.
